Papier Mache Puppet Building Workshop
February 26th, 2012: 10am - 4pm
Through the use of common materials, participants will learn how to create their very own papier mache hand puppet. Participants will first learn how to design and construct a puppet's head from papier mache for comfort and durability. Then, choosing from a selection of premade puppet heads supplied by Kelly, you will learn how to paint, dress and embellish your chosen puppet in a beautiful and expressive way. Each participant leaves the workshop with two puppets, one to be finished at home and one to be completed by the end of the day.
The fee for this workshop is $180. All materials are included.
This one day workshop is on Sunday, February 26th, 10am until 4pm. It will be held at Open Door Designs, 1597 Dupont St., Toronto.
